Buzzing by Night

Did I mention it was warm in Houston? Well it is. 35 deg C today.

So I went flying in search of some cooler air higher up. It was just a quick jaunt up to Lufkin, a little over 80 miles northeast of Houston, taking about 45 minutes or so.

The flight back was just in time for a nice sunset off my right wing, followed by the final leg in the smooth air that darkness brings.
