Recycled Chickens

Well, I did make it… I celebrated our safe arrival by dropping a chicken, lettuce, tomato and mayo sandwich all over my black trousers. I am now sat on the ground at Salt Lake City, Utah, waiting for the next flight to Bozeman. I’ve decided I like Utah – they have recycling bins for paper and plastic all over the airport. Not all of America is environmentally unfriendly it appears.
